Out of the Ashes...

So after a long while of doing nothing but school-related projects and suffering from academia and such, the Hellhound has been resurrected.

(That, and I am finally learning ZBrush.)

A Series of Unfortunate Events

I am sick.
I have been sick for over a week.
Plus, I am no longer working on the antagonist model.
Why?
Because I left the group that was for.
Why?
Because the leaders were immature and ignoring me.
Why?
Because I am pretty?
Honestly, I do not know.
Nor do I care.
Why?
Holy shiznets, you are nosy.
Here's why:
It is not worth my time any longer.

Looking back, I should have called the drama llama.

Hell Hound in zBrush

^ This took freaking forever, but I am so happy about how good it looks.

Hellhound WIP Maya

Alrighty! I have the basic form of the Hellhound modeled.

^ Very, very thrilled that this has worked out like it has.

^ Another angle.

^ And yet again, another angle.

I am exporting it soon so that I can "sculpt" (or attempt to, anyways) in zBrush (a program that I have never used, ever).

Hell Hound WIP

Started this little model yesterday before class. Only been about 24 hours since its birth.

^ Here is the image I used. The Hashmallin Hellhound is © of PearlEden.

^ Here is what I have so far.

^ This is the most complex model I have attempted. And I take pride in the fact that I have not been officially taught how to do any of this.

Acoustic Guitar

Here is what I have done in the past:

^ Ooh...a guitar... Right you are. That is the finished product.

^ There is the image I used as reference.

^ Even though this had the possibility to be very simple, I made it very, very complex.

^ This model has almost everything that you would find on a real life guitar.
  • Tuning Pegs
  • Headstock
  • Nut
  • Frets
  • Fretboard
  • Strings
  • Sound Hole
  • Pick Guard
  • String Pegs
  • Bridge
  • Saddle
  • Body

^ This does not show the finished headstock, but it shows how detailed the model is.

How I Run the Show...

This is not a school-related blog.

I am a sophomore at Oklahoma Christian University (also known as North University to a select few). I am majoring in Gaming and Animation, but I am not too sure what I want to do with my life or if I even want to have a career in this field. I enjoy making models, even though I have never had any formal training. My friends have taught me what I know so far.

This is not a journal tracking my progress in any class taught at OC or any other university.

I am copywriting anything and everything that I create. That means it is off-limits to everyone.

Now with that being said, I hereby end my first post and promise that there will be more to come.
